Description
Spearhead strategy and execution of new business development and existing client upselling encompassing multiple product lines which have included: Avaya, Communication Manager, IP Office, Aura, Virtualization, Nortel Networks, Cisco products, and Microsoft’s UC product line. Executes and oversees project implementations, site surveys, on-site product installations, and training of new & existing users. Design and present product proposals to C-level executives, financial managers, and business managers, applying expertise in realizing client needs and matching those needs to products. Manage multimillion-dollar budgets. Collaborate across back-office systems to drive cohesive, strategic business development processes
