Technical Manager Egypt Area: (1997 - 2007) * Responsible for technical support ensure construction operations and subcontractor's performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budget For the following trades: 1. HVAC design & installation & T.A.B. & Commissioning. ( ASHRAE) a. Chilled Water system ( Chillers & Cooling Towers) b. Direct Expansion ( D.X.) system ( AHU & FCU & split & window) A/C c. Ventilations (pressurization & Smoke & Exhaust & Bleed )fans d. Duct work ( SMACNA) with all its components 1. Building Automation energy Management control system Analog & Digital Controls (Press & Temp & Flow & Electric D.B.) For Most of method energy control measuring & Monitors and controls 2. Motor Control Center ( M.C.C.) star Delta & Solid state motor starter. 3. Sanitary systems: a. Infra-structure networks ( Potable Water & Storm & Sewerage & Gas & Irrig. & Ch. water & Hot W. & Steam) with its SCALA control system Water Treatments pump plants with its SCADA control system: - Cooling Towers - Steam & Hot Water plants - Irrigation networks plants - Sewerage Treatment Plants ( S.T.P.) - Desalination Plants - Swimming Pools & water Fountains - Fuel tanks with its pipes - Drain water with its grease & oil & sand separators b. Fire Protection ( NFPA): * Water Sprinklers Fire Fighting c. FM- 200 & CO2 with its Gas Sprinklers d. Foam system (Dry & wet). e. Fire Extinguishers ( Powder & CO2 & water & Foam) f. Fire Hydrants & Siamese connections * Monitoring the project in terms of progress of work. g. Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress manpower forecasts and expenditures forecast. h. Participate and assists project controls in the preparation of four week schedule and budget control. i. Prepare material requisition for materials, tools, consumables and coordinates with procurement to obtain material. j. Coordinate safety training and enforce safe work practices at times with HES supervisor k. Follow up preservation activities for all equipment. l. Monitor quality of all in process work. m. Continuous monitoring of equipment erection as per specific manual and required procedures with its optimum operation. n. Inspection & installation of electro - mechanical equipment. Q.C. Engineer [using (Revit) & (GIS)] as update software for : * Prepare and review required workshop drawings to site execution o. Prepare and review the execution site work to inspection& commissioning p. Prepare and review submittals comparing to specification & codes q. Prepare and review maintenance and operation manuals to the client III- Maintenance Engineer : - Making rough & pre and final alignment for the rotating equipment. r. Maintenance for water hydraulic and air pneumatic machine circuits. s. Assists project controls in the preparation of PPM & budget control t. Preparing monthly report and forecasts including summary of construction Progress, job manpower forecasts and expenditures forecast.
