Skills Summary: * Senior Designer, Checker, Work Specification Planner Engineering Design Services - Provides support for Repair Engineering phased maintenance programs for LHA, LHD, LSD & LPD (Amphibious Assault Ships), FFG's (frigates), including LCS (Littoral Combat Ships) involving Re-Sketches preparation and work specification development in collaboration with BIW (Bath Iron Works) on site design representative. Responsible for the preparation of complex design and working drawing of new construction, modernization and overhaul of warships, auxiliaries, and commercial vessels. Preparation of Government work specifications in NMDR (Navy Maintenance Database). * Senior Hull Structural Designer, M. Rosenblatt & Son Group - AMSEC LLC. Lead Designer for the design of various ship components and system design of hull structures, superstructure and deckhouses, foundations, masts and king post, underway replenishment, cargo and weapons handling system. * Senior Hull Structural Designer, M. Rosenblatt & Son Inc. - Lead Designer for various marine engineering projects involving retrofitting and complete overhaul of ships components and systems design of hull structures. Involved in the design of Antenna support structures and service platforms for SHF and EHF Antennas onboard Aircraft Carriers and Destroyer class ships. Design team member for the development and layout of general arrangement to house an 800 - bed Floating Detention Facility (FDC), a five story prison built on a 625' X 125' x 25' barge. 2 * Senior Outfitting Designer, Gibbs & Cox Inc. - Lead Outfitting Designer for new construction of Destroyer Class ships (DDG-51) for Bath Iron Works Corp. Supervised layout and production working drawings for arrangement of various crew habitability spaces, vital electronic warfare and communications spaces.
