Qualifications: I have over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of nursing specialties including Psychiatric, Geriatric, Pediatric and Adolescent medicine, Nursing Education and DIDD. Over 20 years of experience in Nursing Management and Administration with Director of Nursing in experience in three different long term care / rehab centers, Clinical Director at a large primary care clinic and Director of Health Services. Accomplishments: Written policies, procedures and protocols adhering to state and federal guidelines. Budgeting skills include financial changes to save company over $450,000 by restructuring staff and changing equipment and service vendor contracts. Able to write action plans for state surveyors and recent surveys found no deficiencies.
