Description
I have been responsible in coordinating and rapporteur of technical meetings of water commodity technical consultants involved in the processing and evaluation of on-going researches research proposals in water commodity of Philippine Council for Agriculture Resources Research and Development (PCARRD) and have coordinated national seminar-workshops in soil water and farming systems sponsored and funded by PCARRD for three (3) years. I taught the following subjects: Statistical Theory I Statistical Theory II Experimental Designs Advanced Statistics for Social Sciences Statistics Analytic Geometry Differential Calculus Integral Calculus Operations Research Research Methods Environmental Control Engineering Engineering Economy Agricultural Waste Management Water Management Irrigation and Drainage Surveying and Agrometeorology. I served as a lecturer either in local and regional trainings and seminar-workshops related to statistics and research methods. I was also a consistent paper presenter in international and national seminar-workshops and conferences since 2001 to 2011. The papers presented also provide the policy and institutional hurdles in implementing natural resources management programs the key institutional and policy issues to be communicated at the local level policy process and policy concerns outside the bureaucracy. I also have coordinated an international seminar-workshop as a part of my function as the country-coordinator for two years of Sustainable Resources Development (SURED) an international alumni network of alumni of German Universities which is based in University of Karlsruhe Germany. I also served as an adviser or panel member of agricultural engineering undergraduate thesis students. And as the University Statistician from January 2003 to January 2014 I served as one of the evaluators of researches projects and programs of the University.
