Description
Extensive experience in the management of hardware and software design, development, implementation and maintenance of business, marketing, financial, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain decision support systems and applications. Working extensively with business units providing the strategic, technical, and integration support necessary to grow those businesses while furthering business objectives through practical experience along with applied utilization of lean methodologies (example: Six Sigma and the NPI process.) With this knowledge I am able to perform and represent business goals while commanding daily business decisions. My customer centric posture along with technical knowledge allows me the ability to analyze project requirements, identify the necessary course of actions, communicate the technical issues with business counterparts and associates alike in their every day terminology while selecting the best design options to meet the timing constraints and the performance expectations to complete my assignments on time and on budget. I have also directed the efforts of assigned staff to achieve the above mentioned objectives exemplifying the virtues of uniformity, discipline, and cooperation among staff in order to help them grow professionally while gaining managerial experience for self.
