Duties include: accident/incident investigations, Loss Prevention Control, facility regulatory compliance, coordination of the Hazard Communication programs, direct supervision of the facility nurse, industrial medical doctor and medical care center, supervise the Worker's Compensations programs, advise and assist safety procedures, interface with OSHA, conduct annual training sessions, Coordinator of the Voluntary Protection Program and on site activities including annual submittals and refresher training. Duties included: interviewing applicants for field projects, project management support, resource management and resource support, assigning craft employees to field projects, processing Human Resources documentation and updating employee files, manage OHM's heavy equipment fleet as well as company vehicles (pickups & cars), and the day to day paper trail of reporting policies and procedures. Other duties included warehouse supply tracking and inventory control.
