Description
• Extensive experience in Operations, Quality, and Supplier Management. • Thorough knowledge of Aerospace maintenance management & Working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing. • Experience in Operations Management, particularly in Supplier Management and Process Development i.e. Sourcing/Selection/Consolidations/Process realignment/Quality remediation, CAPA, Supplier Audits and Certification. • Thorough Knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements as required by FAA and EASA and ISO for Aerospace and Airline industry. • Thorough knowledge of Six Sigma/ DMAIC methodology & very good knowledge of Quality Development tools i.e. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning), FAIR (First Article Inspection Report), LAIR (Last Article Inspection Report), Control Plans, FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis), Gage R&R , Statistical Process Control(SPC) and DOE. • Experienced Root Cause Analyst; successfully investigated large number of system/ equipment/ machinery malfunctions/ failures: implemented Corrective/ Preventive actions to prevent recurrences. • Experience in working with/ leading project oriented, diverse and cross-functional teams. • Team player with strong written, communication, organizational and leadership skills. • Firm believer in achieving results by leveraging Customer focus, Leadership, Relationship building, and Dedication. Detail oriented and self motivated with ability to think outside the box. • Proficient with MS Office, Excel, MS Project, Mini Tab; working knowledge of Solid Edge
