Description
Site Acquisition Lead * Assign Tasks and activities to each third party vendor. * Assure projects are completed on time and within stated strategic goals and objectives. * Established quality and standards that ensure that milestones are met projects are completed and identified benefits are realized. * Manage and order third party services including A&E drawings 2C's NEPA's structural analysis. * Manage and assist third party vendor with permitting and regulatory approvals. * Review leases and entering them into a data base for comparison as to what is actually out on the towers for cellular companies. * Coordinate cell tower equipment changes and lease amendments coordinate all equipment changes with engineers. * Administer contracts for cell tower leases and modifications. * Perform document and record control functions. Quality control documents drawings and reports . * Track and issue PO's to third party vendors. Monitor leases recording commencement COI and amendments. * Manage document control for site acquisition and construction.
