My career objective is to provide leadership to construction team/s to achieve completion of project/s within the stipulated time period & budget. I have more than 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry.I worked as Consulting Architect in Pakistan and Middle East, at the start of my professional career. I am a registered Architect in the State of New York & a member of American Institute of Architects. During the later and more recent part of my professional life I handled and managed the construction of some of the most prestigious projects,in the capacity of Project Manager. I am well-versed with Building Construction Contracts as well as globally used Conditions of Contract like FIDIC & NEC. Had the opportunity to Arbitrate construction disputes.
