Manage over 50 associates plus Restaurant. I oversee our high-volume business, multi-faced locations including grocery, convenience, fuel, and restaurant operations. Responsible for the generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans and processes to achieve established standards, sales and profit objectives, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, and developing excellent Team Members in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.
