I believe my education, training and over fifteen years of experience qualify me for this job. I have all of the education, training and experience that you are requiring. I am also fully bilingual which means that I can communicate with all Hispanic personnel. I have extensive management experience in housing and corporate facilities in different corporate settings. I have lived in New York City and in Puerto Rico. Due to the nature of all the corporate positions I have had, I am very comfortable in a fast paced environment and managing a numerous staff of employees while multi-tasking and improvising in order to solve last minute problems that arise on a daily basis. My years of experience have taught me how to acquire new knowledge in a job quickly and productively in order to carry out the responsibilities successfully and effectively without compromising the responsibilities that the position entails.
