Working with people and motivating a team to achieve goals and challenges. Support all Marine operations where desired and manage ships of all trades, offshore and yacht operations. Focus on voyage planning and manning support and ship deliveries for the client. Supervising and managing of maintenance and refit projects. I enjoy the most to improvise where needed and to create and motivate teams in order to achieve or go beyond the desired goals.
