By way of introduction, I am a senior financial services leader with a passion for understanding, managing, and improving the client experience at all levels. As a seasoned industry professional, I have experience in front office (client services), back office (service delivery and operations), and program management (Oversight and Control) leadership roles. Each position interfaced with regulatory controls that required tested and enforced documented policies and procedures. Training, communication, and follow through are key to ensuring understanding and adherence. The areas I have developed and managed (Collateral Management and Broker Dealer Client Services) required the building and implementation of SOX testing, interfacing with the AML / KYC area to process account openings, and cross training with the funds movement team to develop and understand OFAC requirements. Strong leadership, independent thought, and collaboration across teams are key when testing, building and implementing these processes and procedures. My strong working knowledge and understanding of finance Operations, Service Delivery, Client Services, and Program Management is important when building regulatory procedures and implementing them into BAU.
