Description
Knowledge and experience working with manufacturing, contractors and customers conducting inspections and audits. Regularly conduct safety reviews, audits and inspections for adherence to company, State, Federal and contract policies, procedures, rules and regulations. Advanced knowledge of sustainable opportunities for manufacturing, construction and process activities to reduce wastes and conserve energy. Implement LEED green building criteria, and review chemical, wastes and other storage for effectiveness - to avoid degradation, contamination and expiration. Handled Safety Data Sheet audits, identifying accuracy of information. Shared hazard communication requirements with manufacturing crews and conducted reviews for Safety Data Sheets with the customer. Ability to interpret technical documents as they apply to defined processes. Ability and experience interpreting rules and regulations for compliant management of materials generated by industrial and maintenance processes. Served as the subject expert to coordinate and lead implementation of both process safety and environmental improvements. Established effective credibility between the site and our customer addressing safety and environmental accountability. Advanced knowledge applied to analyze situations, interpret regulations and make deductions from the varying facts and circumstances. Published processes and procedures to identify and clarify actions required for compliance and change management. Project management experience across the various industries. Self-driven, mechanically inclined, passionate, Six Sigma Green Belt certified and LEED accredited.
