Career development by design has given me a platform to direct projects from design conception to construction start-up and operation. I am searching for a position that utilizes my engineering and construction management expertise gained working as a Sr. Project Manager / Sr. Construction Manager (Head of Construction) / Sr. Project Engineer / Sr. Facility Engineer and Sr. Field Engineer. I have a BS in Engineering and BS in Biology. I have by design developed my career to have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of refineries, oil and gas pipelines, onshore and offshore facilities, modular fabrication and installation. LNG plants, ethanol plants (financial/banking experience), biodiesel plants, terminal storage sites, copper/gold mines, chemical plants, and power plants from design conception to construction start-up and operation, including shutdown turnovers, scheduling and handling of multiple engineering and construction management job responsibilities. TWIC card and USA Passport are in hand. I have 30 plus years engineering, construction, and construction management experience (International and Domestic) in the oil and gas industry. I have worked with engineering, construction, and construction management utilizing inspection, capital cost and scheduling (RFI tracking), computerization, estimating, economics, environmental, process, materials(logistics), equipment, labor including staff personnel, operations, and safety as fundamental tools for successful project execution.
