I would like to attain a position that allows me to direct and change the culture of an organization which allows participation from all employees to drive the bottom line. I realized at my first job, during the first month, that if I knew what I was doing, others would follow my direction. I have been a supervisor or manager from a young age and I truly enjoy a leadership role in Food Services. I enjoy organizing people and assets to produce a desired result. My strengths include food production knowledge, menu development, driving revnue, controlling labor costs, and controlling food costs. I enjoy training and developing my employees so they can realize a higher level of responsibility. Mentoring and staff development have always been a passion in my career. I am honest, fair, and ethical and I like a challenge.
