My philosophy is to serve as the school leader to ensure all educational policies are followed while working closely with the school director. I worked closely with the teachers, had regular teacher meetings and conducted classroom observations. I made recommendations to the Director and school board regarding which teachers should and should not have new contracts extended to them.
