The aspects of my most recent position that I enjoyed the most and would ideally translate into a new position, are mentoring and expanding the growth of my technical support staff, as well as managers, while increasing and improving customer satisfaction and driving deliverables for the success of my team, the department and the company as a whole. I also enjoy being an advocate for customer needs, developing departmental standards for improvement, and being a professional contributor to the greater team and managing multiple function areas.
