Objective My career objective is to develop, implement and technically and financially manage innovative, fiscally sound, and environmentally progressive and proactive facilities planning, operations, design and construction; emphasizing safety, security, and creative maintenance solutions in order to create, operate and maintain the best facilities and environments possible. These facilities and environments - be they for educational, medical, research, public exhibition, manufacturing, governmental, housing and/or other administrative uses - shall meet the highest possible community, aesthetic, and legislative standards; within available budgetary and site constraints.
