Thirty five years as a senior engineer and manager has provided me with a unique background in a full range of Project Delivery, Program and Project Management, including vertical construction, land development for commercial or industry. I have been in a Senior Management or Principal with firms for the last 17 years in small and large firms. I was directly responsible for program management, highway and bridge design, construction management, project planning, plans, specifications and estimates involving project delivery for a wide range of projects including: highway projects, bridges, marine, sewer, drainage, site development, utilities, and various structures in High Wind Areas.
