To be the go to representative for customer-facing technical issues. I like to be a part of a team that solves the problems that customers and clients face on a day to day basis. I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that I have made someone's day just a little easier by making their technology work in a reliable and efficient manner. I enjoy seeing the customer's face light up when I arrive onsite and hearing the "Thank you" when all of their problems are solved. Most clients of companies I have worked for are in stressful positions and they NEED their equipment. I like being the guy that makes that happen.
