Over 4 years experience in the United States Army with skill in instructing classes in leadership management and coordination for a classroom of more than 400 Soldiers to develop a strong proficiency in security. * Assessed in security patrol, problem solving, and analyzing situation awareness with resolving conflicts. * Rapid emergency response operations in hazardous material management and radiological monitoring. * Excellent driving record with zero motorized violations. * Able to communicate as a novice in Spanish speaking situations. * Maintain and enforce departmental policies, procedures, training manuals, telephone conversations, progress reports, inspections, compliance with performance standards, and user adoption for all department processes which may include: contract/circulation processes, and hospitality needs. * Provides advice and assistance to others relating to contracting work and prepares correspondence provides advice, guidance, training, and assistance to technical or program personnel, functional commanders and/or contractors whenever information is needed or issues need to be resolved. * Leveraging virtual enlisted promotion release web application (DOD) to ensure leadership awareness. * Personnel Records Display Application (PRDA), and Digital Training Management System (DTMS) to create, manage and perform quality check reviews on organizational product rosters (e.g. Individual/Organizational/Functional Awards, Officer/Enlisted/Civilian Performance Evaluations, Promotion Recommendation Form (PRF), etc.)
