Manage production of all direct to consumer marketing correspondence campaigns for all product lines and client verticals. Lead staff for daily production and reporting of all products benefit fulfillment. Oversee direct mail, email marketing and triggered kit fulfillment programs. Facilitate production process enhancement and workflow change including but not limited to cross department and supply chain workflows. Primary point of contact for all account and product management teams on projects for customer communications. Work with enterprise wide technical teams to ensure business continuity. Responsible for: print, email and SMS vendor management, departments’ productivity reporting, enterprise marketing budget oversight approval and review. Publish weekly / monthly service level analysis reports, department and fulfillment reporting / projections, facilitate quarterly vendor business reviews. Prepare and estimate program and project costs for internal and external clients.
