Description
User Experience professional leading and hands-on production of all phases of UX process: Research, experience map, persona, information architect, wireframes, prototyping, style guide/pattern library, and usability testing. Also, interfacing at all levels of business, understand business objectives, and drive results. Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align the product development strategy with target audience needs, brand positioning, and revenue goals. Working with the UX researcher, define and manage the research plan and incorporate findings into the design process. Leads and mentors team of UX and visual designers and inspires teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
