SUMMARY I have been working in Oman for the last 10 years for the biggest construction company in Middle East (CCC) for major infrastructure projects, such as the construction of New Muscat International Airport, construction of Wastewater Sewerage & Treated Effluent Networks for many areas of Muscat Governorate, construction of new Highways, Bridges & Interchanges in Sohar & Nizwa, Dualization of main Nizwa Road and construction of biggest GCC Concrete & Earthfill Dams in Mazara Quriyat. I managed simultanously more than one projects (9 projects in last 10 years) as a Quality Manager and at the same time I was providing my services as Risk Coordinator, Construction Support or Construction Manager and Deputy Project Manager, when requested. During the first stages of my career I was working as a Site Manager for the biggest exploitation contractor in Greece (P. Samaras Co.) managing quarries for 5 years for major cement/ concrete producers in Greece (LAFARGE/ Hercules & TITAN), with productions up to 250.000 tn/m. Then I moved to major infrastucture works in Athens area, executed prior to the Athens Olympic Games of 2004 and worked for 4 years as Material, Project Engineer and Quality Manager for the biggest Construction Companies in Greece (J&P Hellas & HellActor Co.), for the construction & reconstruction of Athens Highways (Attiki Odos, Pathe) and Railway Projects (Proastiakos). When the opportunity to work abroad appeared, I decided to explore it and gain further experience working as Civil Construction Manager for 3 years in Libya for Oil & Gas Project (J&P Overseas Co). My expertise lies in Management of Construction & Mining projects, Quality Management Systems, Audits, project documentation, Codes and Standards, Materials, Laboratory works, Construction Execution, Risk Management, Certification and Handing Over, performing all my assignements with high flexibility and adaptability. I have been also certified as IRCA Lead auditor for the new ISO9001:2015 requirements. I am currently interested in an opportunity to get involved in a new competitive environment, exercise my management skills, qualifications, competencies and work ethics, whereas at the same time gain additional knowledge, experience, satisfaction and benefits for my work.
