Summary of Qualifications Experienced and versatile professional with knowledge of Student Relations, Office Administration, Fitness and Property Management coupled with the desire to contribute to organizational goals, projects and teams, with the ability to: Solve Problems Interpersonal Skills Creatively Think Strategically Plan Maintain Records/Files Develop Plan Communicate Effectively Negotiate Contracts Manage Time Experience Highlights Student Relations, Office Administration, Fitness, Property Management Student Retention Coordinator - Lincoln College of Technology * Manage the entire schools re-entry process and campaign to maximize the number of returning students. * Complete a weekly excel report on items of concern for Director of Education/Campus President including status changes and actual forecasted re-entries. * Counsel students who are withdrawing, prior to their departure, to schedule a potential re-entry date. * Act as a liaison for students who would like to transfer to other programs within the school * Create and implement an outreach program to students who have left school by utilizing email, texting, post cards, direct mailing of letters and methods and resources from other departments like Admissions and Financial Aid. * Run daily reports from the campus database system - Campus Nexus. * Assist in administering all entrance exams including Wonderlic, WAST (Advanced Math & Verbal Skills) and Scholarship testing. * Coordinate and oversee all logistics for the commencement ceremonies Office Team - Administrative Assistant/Coordinator - Lincoln College of Technology * Filing confidential documents into students folders * Entering time sensitive information into the Campus Nexus database * Assisting the Dean of Students in any administrative capacity * Preparing information packets which include: Student Handbooks, School Directories and Code of Student Conduct material for New Student orientation seminars * Setting up Re Entry appointments for students who are returning to school * Scheduling Re Entry Committee meetings Group Fitness Instructor * Greet club members as they enter the exercise studio. * Describe what type of exercises will be executed. * Recommend and preview proper techniques used in each movement. * Help club members measure their individual intensity level. * Answer questions regarding Health, Fitness and Nutrition. * Utilizing a variety exercises Cardio, Strength and Flexibility. Property Management * Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas. * Direct collection of monthly rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses. * Manage and oversee maintenance and administration of residential properties. * Negotiate the lease of property and complete or review appropriate documents and forms. * Maintain records of rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability. * Determine and certify the eligibility of prospective tenants, following government regulations.
