To work within the management structure to forward the goals and objectives toward building the operation into a leader in the local market. To accomplish this, I will use my years of experience in management, drawing on the successful operations I have developed in the past to find ways and solutions, to assist in building a business plan that will result in the desired objectives. Within this, locating, hiring, and training good staff to provide the level of service necessary for building a quality reputation in service, food quality and consistency. This line of work has been my chosen and desired profession since I first started work and I have may successful operations that I was a part of re-making into leaders in their markets.
