I have been working successfully in the construction field for over 35 years with the emphasis in commercial retail. Working as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Owner’s Construction Representative/Vice President of Design Development & Construction; I have the necessary experience with multiple service delivery methods to bring to this type of position. Additionally, having worked on both the Contractor and Owner’s sides I have a unique perspective on how the process works. I am a self-starter, highly motivated manager of professionals, internal and external, with the single goal to provide cost and schedule effective concepts, from budget to Grand Opening. I have been successful in creating a transparent team approach from design thru construction. While my strength has been commercial retail the same concepts pertain to office and residential deliveries as well. The idea is to plan and adapt to the inevitable changes that occur through development and the construction process, maintaining control on the budget, schedule and aesthetics of the development. I’ve been involved with Projects up to $250 million but every project, large or small is approached with the same organized Team oriented process to insure that economics of the project work. From Conceptual Budget through Value Engineering and Construction the goal is to make the project successful for the Owner and User’s alike.
