Configuring and customizing Enterprise Solutions using Maximo, Smart Cloud Control Desk and Tivoli. 8 years of writing JAVA extensions for Maximo. 20 years BIRT report designer. Service * Rewrote all Custom Java extensions in Jython scripting * Designed many BIRT reports * Created an Integration from Maximo to SAP and SAP to Maximo and Oracle to Maximo and Maximo to Oracle * Designed many Workflows * Continuously meet with client to design changes and fixes to send to development team * Facilitated meetings with client and off-shore team * Coordinated many testing of all configurations and customizations * Designed changes to allow for Multi Language versions of Maximo Customers. Configured the Service Provider Add-On for Service Catalog users. Trained users on the functionality of the Service Catalog.
