My objective is to obtain an Executive Chef position in a restaurant that enables me to utilize my unique abilities as a creative forward thinking Chef. I rely on my training to create fresh, seasonal and eco friendly menus and consistently execute them. I am seeking a situation that provides me the opportunity to train cooks in the techniques that I have learned, while also having the opportunity to continue learning and advance my career.
