International Organization for Migration- Iraq Mission (IOM/IQ) Amman- Jordan Feb 2010- May 2015 - GIS and System Analyst, Information Management Department, August 2014-May 2015 Holding this position in a core department, the staff member has a set of tasks including but not limited to: > System development; build and maintain reliable information systems and databases. > Data management; direct, supervise and coordinate data collection process from Iraq into the corresponding information systems in Jordan. > Quality assurance and data archiving; validate, verify, analyze and store input to serve the reporting process. > Reporting; represent the data and data analysis in different forms of reports (text, data tables, pivots, charts, maps) statically and dynamically serving different needs and counterparts internally and externally. > Capacity building; expand personal knowledge base and set of skills, develop team capacity on handling daily tasks and facing job challenges in addition to training colleagues in other departments on using developed systems and data reporting tools. > Map production; produce frequent maps based on the current situation, main focus and interesting anticipated upcoming events.
