Presently, I am interested in the position of executive manager or organizational leader where my proven experience will be effectively utilized to drive profits, expand markets, and oversee management teams in daily operations and new business start-up projects. My areas of expertise included acquisitions, human resources management, policy development, risk management and compliance. Further, I received continuous corporate training in leadership, management, human resources, financial services and customer service. As Vice President of Business Operations at Aztec Group, Inc., I directed operations in a six-state region for a large engineering firm generating $30 million in annual revenue. This involved overseeing start-ups for five new engineering firm locations, which included directing multiple acquisitions and conducting extensive negotiations. I performed strategic planning and program implementation for infrastructure that consisted of technical operations. In addition, I participated in developing “Leadership Program for Success” program that targeted public and private sector clientele. Finally, I directed organizational downsizing to achieve optimal profits while reducing overhead costs and optimizing employee performance levels in sales, service and profitability.
