Contracted while in the Middle East by SGS America to DOW Chemical. Vetted by DOW Chemical and approved for level 3, 4 and 5 Vendor Surveillance Equipment. Normally most Inspectors required to test with DOW. My company and I not required. Following fabrication of ASME, National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessels and Electrical and Mechanical Equipment as assigned. Presently following fabrication of 10 Level 4 Code Vessels and 6 additional PO's for Level 3 Code Vessels for DOW. Perform PIM's, establish Hold, Witness and review Points on all ITP's. Provide close contact information to several DOW Senior Level Engineers. Following all NBIC, ASME, API and AWS Codes perform inspection of all welding and testing applications as applicable to the required codes, specifications and procedures. Review all documents associated with the applicable codes and specifications. Review all NDE requirements and results to ensure compliance to codes, specifications and client procedures. Contracted to Kheeran LLC to Chevron Phillips after Chevron Phillips Approval as Vendor Surveillance Specialist. Assigned to following fabrication of Electrical BUS Ducts for new plant in Texas. Witness all FAT and providing approval for release. Contracted to TRAGS Electrical Engineering & AC Co., for Astad Project Management for the Qatar Foundation Fire Pump Fabrication for the Construction of the South Campus Central Plant 5, Qatar. Contracted to Jacobs Engineering through SGS for Boiler System Equipment fabrication, beginning with PIM to Completion of all High Priority Equipment and Vessels. Contracted to Technip to Chevron Phillips after Chevron Phillips Approval as Vendor Surveillance to follow Fabrication of Gas Filled Super Critical Electrical Switch Gear. Witness FAT and provide approval for release. Contracted to Canadian Natural Oil Sands Vessel Fabrication for Canadian Oil Sands Project. Contracted to GE Electrical to follow Gas & Oil Electrical Control Panel Fabrication, witness FAT and Release. Project for GE Oil & Gas Freeport LNG Liquefaction Project with CBI & Zachry Construction. Witness FAT of Web Automation - Appium & Selenium. Witness manual & automated FAT. Witness Java, IOS & Android Automation Testing. Contracted to follow vendor fabrication of many parts, electrical, mechanical and static vessel fabrication for the KNPC CFP Project in Kuwait for Fluor, DAEWOO and Hyundai. Engineering Manager & Quality Manager 08-14 to 06-15, Algosaibi, ADAMS Diving & Marine Technical Services. Contract Develop existing relationships with BAE SYSTEMS to promote ADAMTS involvement within the Mid Life Update programme on Ship 2 and secure work on Ship 3 and look for any possible engineering and quality assurance issues that may affect performance Provide advice and guidance to the Operation Manager on engineering and quality assurance matters relating to Workshop safety In the absence of the Operations Manager, assignment of resources to effectively manage key contracts, ensuring maintenance is carried out in accordance with the ADAMTS Maintenance Management Schedules, manufacturers recommended instructions, and in line with IMCA guidelines where appropriate Provide advice and guidance to the Operations Manager in ensuring that personnel are suitably trained and that they possess the appropriate competencies to fulfil the Company contractual commitments Attend KSA review sessions with Customers and Sub Contractors where engineering governance is required Attend meetings with Workshop technicians to ensure upcoming tasks and scheduled maintenance routines are fully understood and that materials and engineering practices meet the required quality assurance standards Provide advice to the Operations Manager on spares and materials required for all Customer Contracts. Ensure there are no Customer equipment down-times paying particular attention to annual maintenance routines Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure full certification of systems under the control of the Workshop at Jubail. Where necessary ensuring 3rd Party assessors requirements are identified early enough to avoid disruption to Customers work schedules and avoid downtime of Customers equipment Create Statement of Work for projects which require removal, commissioning or re-commissioning. Visit Vendors to inspect clients work or witness FAT Testing of equipment before being sent to client. Inside or Outside the country. Follow all work being performed over all locations being performed and ensure that the engineering standards are being met. Perform inspection of all completed work prior to hand over to the client. Attend all client meetings with regards to work performed by ADAMTS and provide required input from engineering perspective. Liaison between Bahrain Corporate and Jubail Shop. Provide answers to the Team when required performing tasks throughout the Kingdom on ongoing projects. Follow all Quality issues, paperwork, audits, vendor assignments and insure all applicable codes are followed. Perform walk downs for sign offs for the client. * Any other activity reasonably required by the Company. Water Contract and Sewage Authority to perform all construction shut down plans for fire hydrant water main and large valve replacements. * Set up emergency plans for incomplete water shut downs. Attended construction meetings for all future projects. * Assigned all crews to nightly shut-downs and followed all shut-downs of Major Water Lines.
