Results oriented and performance driven ISD with 19 years of professional experience in education/educational technology/curriculum development/instructional systems design (ISD) and training development in combination with project leadership/management and learning management systems administration; willing to take on complex projects and rise to a challenge. Currently interested in joining a team in the Phoenix, AZ area, where I can enable the organization to meet and exceed their learning and performance goals. In my current position I am a Senior Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer for the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA). Here I am able to provide my expertise in instructional systems design, learning management systems and distance education to further the goals of the VAAA to serve the Department of Veterans Affairs acquisitions professionals through the development of various training courses offered by the School of Program Management including: Acquisition Package series and leadership courses through the PM Fellows/Warriors to Workforce Programs.
