In my most recent position as Vice Principal of J.S. Clark High School, I worked tirelessly to turn around a failing New Orleans high school. One of my core responsibilities was parent communication and engagement; I led regular parent engagement meetings to ensure families had the information they needed for high school and beyond. My greatest strength is my ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders. I quickly build strong relationships with students and families and work with them to address their needs. My ability to problem solve is unparalleled. In my role at Clark, I regularly addressed challenging situations calmly and with a focus on results. I also have proven success leading diverse groups of people towards a common goal. I will bring a tremendous amount of passion to this role as the Director of Family Services.
