I have over 10 years of leadership experience working with team members in Facilities and House keeping with Indiana's largest school district. I have managed and directed over 40 employees directly and up to 80 employees on special projects. Some areas where I have experience are but not limited to; managing the daily routine of over 40 direct report employees in 12 facilities and over 1 million square feet, working with them on budgets to maintain their supply levels, progressive discipline up to and including termination by approval process, coordinating with our client for special events and construction in Bond approved facilities, entering and maintaining payroll for direct report employees, and running our safety program including audits and monthly training - machine safety, PPE, fire hazards, blood bourn pathogens, etc. I have been in my current position for over 5 years, and I was with the school district for over 16 years.
