I am a quick study who takes pride in taking initiative, thinking outside of the box, and exceeding expectations without fear or apprehension due to lack of previous experience or minimal prior industry knowledge. I'm looking to continue my career's upward trajectory within Customer Service in a Team Lead/Supervisor/Management capacity with the overall career goal in becoming Director of Customer Service or Corporate Trainer for an energetic company with a tremendous product/service that I can't help promote outside of the office.
