I posses leadership, organization, negotiation, and management skills, with these skills, I wouod be an asset to any company. Therefore, my goeals are to attain a career in the Human Resource field. I would like to learn all that I can and grow in the greatest of knowledge in the human resource field, therefore enabling me to train others in this field. My objectives are to learn the ins and outs of human resources in a two year span or less and after attaining a master's degree in Human Resources,I would then like to move up to training others in said field.
