My capabilities in corporate financial management promote financial stability and enable the recognition of financial opportunities. My ability to incorporate human resource knowledge with operations administration is positively reflected in the success of the business through organizational planning and growth. Over the past nineteen years I have been involved in strategy, direction, management, technology, accounting and finance, and human resources in both for profit and non-profit companies, in a variety of businesses including housing, manufacturing/engineering, contracting, and accounting firms. My accomplishments over the past nineteen years include development of a cross training program for a small business, producing a statewide industry salary survey, implementation of new software platforms, development and implementation of business core values, bringing an outsourced accounting department in house, oversight of external audit, and development and implementation of full review process for personnel.
