I have worked in two very different industries throughout my 25 year career, financial services and healthcare. In each endeavor my proven success is characterized by strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to apply sound analytical and critical reasoning in meeting goals and deliverables. The desire to continue to improve on these skills while working in a team environment leads me to seek advancement opportunities and new career challenges. I have worked successfully in team environments and strongly believe the team approach for accomplishing tasks is productive and allows for optimal results. Team environments generally produce exceptional ideas, promote entrepreneurial thinking, encourage participation, and identify and implement the best improvement ideas that minimize workflow complications. While I have significant experience and comfort working with all levels of management, many of my primary responsibilities have made much of my day-to-day individually oriented, when appropriate I engage key department employees to contribute to the end results. During my career, I have had the opportunity to observe many different management styles and techniques. I have done my best to implement the successful approaches into my personal management style. I have found being strong but flexible to be most productive. However, every situation and every team member requires a different strategy and approach. Each employee relationship is an opportunity to coach and mentor direct reports, indirect reports, and organization employees.
