• 8+ years of experience in Analyzing, Designing, Developing, Deploying Java/J2EE applications • 4+ years of experience as a Lead in AML Compliance & Real Time Risk Assessment project. • Hands on experience in Coding, Implementation, Designing, Preparing Technical Documents, Handling Issues/Risks/Change Control. • Complete Project Monitoring and Control along with Managing and maintaining Production environments and Code versioning. • Currently working as a Team Lead for AML, Global Sanctions and Interdictions project. • Managing a team of 6 with complete onsite offshore co-ordination. • Wide experience in facing clients on day to day basis for Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Feasibility Study and Implementation • Strong knowledge in developing server side applications using Java/J2EE technologies • Experience in working with UNIX/LINUX • Well versed with complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies • Capable team player and team leader who works well with people at all levels • Excellent communication, analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
