Accomplishments: Have been able to jump into 3 different operations with OMNI without any experience in those fields and build a good team and generate revenue. I was able to take a painting and blasting division that had a TRIR of 8.0 and went 365 Days Incident Free. When I left that division, it was still without a Recordable Incident in over a year. While in OMNI Haynesville Transportation, we were able to turn a losing P&L into a profitable P&L in 5 months. We went 6 Straight months of positive financials until the decline in the oilfield in that area. In my time as South Texas Area Manager, I have helped develop a business that was spending more money then they were making. We have cut cost including payroll, purchasing, and outside expenses and turned South Texas into a profitable business. South Texas division was mostly made up of out of town employees. I was able to recruit locals and teach them the trade. I now only depend on local employees that now have experience. We developed them with a mentor program and now South Texas runs without outside help.
