EXPERIENCE SUMMARY: Mr. Stone is a problem-solver with over 36 years of programming and analytical experience in a wide range of real-time, commercial, scientific and DoD applications. Over thirty of those years have been with DoD agencies including the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard, NASA, and the Corps of Engineers. He has extensive experience with developing and transitioning large scale computer systems, employing third and fourth generation languages, database management systems and tools, and user interfaces.
