I am extremely excited to apply for the Case Consultant position currently available. I believe I have the skills, experience and passion to make a difference in this position. I will take advantage of daily opportunities to develop positive relationships to serve student needs. As the Friendly House Day Treatment Manager I represented family interest in the Scott County Juvenile Court system. To ensure student and family needs were meet I attended all court, school, parent and graduation events. I maintained appropriate paperwork and notes for caseload of twenty students. Serving family needs is my passion and profession. As the Parent and Community Outreach Director at Blackhawk Middle School I served my students, parents and home community proudly. Advocating and organizing parent and student groups to develop the Blackhawk Family Two-Way Communication Plan has increased volunteerism and community engagement. Day-to-day operations required facilitating and managing a student led homework group, behavioral and classroom management, and established parent groups to advocate for student needs. I will use the skills developed in this position to serve students and families by actively listening and serving their needs. I enjoy partnering with the community and ensure their needs are met. Establishing positive relationships with families, schools and other invested parties help me reach my career objective to serve students and families. I value my team and seek their opinion to develop a student experience that is educational. I would love the opportunity to use my experience, skills and passion to serve.
