Obtain health and building permits, schedule various health and building inspections in the respective counties where homes are being built, ensure state and local building codes are adhered to, hire and schedule sub-contractors through the various stages of construction, provide a weekly status report to upper management for each house being constructed in the field (average is 20 homes), provide all necessary loan documents to the bank for final loan closings.
