ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Managed all operations of 4 power plants including 4 plant managers and 1 plant engineer supporting a staff of 21 operation/maintenance technicians and $61M in P&L's * Developed $6M per year major maintenance program for all 4 plants for 40 year life of plant including funding to meet maintenance items * Increased revenue of approximately $200K per year by detecting an error in one of the sections of the PPA (power purchase agreement) regarding wording and values in heat rate calculation * Eliminated a capacity payment loss of $1.3M by negotiating with local ISO (independent system operator) to convert a forced outage to a planned outage at one of the plants * Negotiated a master purchasing agreement reducing operating budget from 7.8%-1.2% * Coordinated the due diligence process of 4 power plants valued at $465M * Project Manager on all gas turbine repairs both in the field and at the depots exceeding $12M * Accountable for business operations, business development, engineering, project management, financial reporting.
