Building Relations Manager exercised a direct leadership in supervision over 10 to 20 assigned staff to clean contracted hotels, college dormitories, major Hospitals as well as commercial office buildings and structures on a scheduled basis personnel keeping in compliance with Administrative ordinances. Controlled inventory of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Facilitated training sessions in teaching employees to perform various cleaning procedures and proper use of company equipment. Performs cost analysis, semi-annual budgeting evaluating accounts payable, and supply cost analysis. Performed Quality Control audits on assigned accounts. Met with client to address performance issues as needed.
