He has worked one year in Qatar and had worked in Sri Lanka for more than two years. He has gained good experience in estimation of building materials including concrete, rebars, concrete block works and brick works, finishing works (plastering tiling, and painting), timber works (roofing, doors and windows), steel works, mechanical works (ventilation and air-conditioning, chilled water system, firefighting and fire alarm system), public health (cold and hot water system, domestic water system, drainage system), electrical works (small power, high & low voltage power supply), ICT & DATA communication, security system and (Access control system and CCTV system). He also has experience in pre- and post-contracting for small to large scale projects, managing and minimizing civil engineering project costs, and achieving the required standards and quality of projects. He also has excellent knowledge in variations cost analysis, contract accounting, and preparation of payment application, construction, and contracts.
