I would like to work for an individual or company that owns real estate all over the world. My job description would be to check the properties as needed to evaluate and determine needed upgrades, deferred maintenance, immediate maintenance issues, capital improvements, disaster evaluations and niceties. Additionally, to evaluate and research properties prior to disposal or acquisition and assist with the property acquisitions and or disposal. The evaluations could be covert or overt as dictated by the situation.
